Bones have different studios handling various projects at the same time. Right now they're also doing the Eureka 7 movies and who knows what else.
You should be more worried that part of the staff will be busy with OPM2 and that the director is apparently working on an original.

if i'm not mistaken most of the staff who worked on one punch man season 1 were also from BONES (even though the production company is madhouse), the same staff who worked with mob psycho 100 season 1? so i'm assuming this same staff will work on OPM2 first this year then MP100 2 next year?

OPM2 doesn't even have an airing date if I'm not mistaken. And Tachikawa's original could even air next year since it's not even announced.

i remember reading somewhere that OPM2's aiming for the fall season, maybe it was just a rumor? also read somewhere that it takes 6 months and given when they announced they started production it makes sense that it'd premiere this fall.
