Chuuni was able to manipulate a already depressed Sudoku into Suicide and use her life to become "real". "The Holopsychon is the power of eternal reincarnation. Dust to life. Life to ashes"
The conditon for a character to become "alive" is
that they get the life from a "god". "Dust to life. Life to ashes"
All the characters are summoned by Chunni in a process similar to necromancy.

Her motive is revenge on the world, or maybe simple entertainment. She was in a unfinished world for who know's how long and simply wants to "punish the gods".
