Maybe I haven't had enough time to digest it yet (unlikely since I looked up lyrics and all), but I'm enjoying Granblue Fantasy's OP and ED more after finally watching the first 2 episodes.
For some reason the OP as whole had me a little teary even before knowing the lyrics. Not my first Bump of Chicken experience.
Enjoying both shows anyway, not here to put down Eromanga.

I wouldn't go that far and I was only speaking of the OP and ED (not that the other music in it was lacking)

It's a pretty classic blend of elements for a start, especially since it was given an hour-long special before it's main 12 episodes.
As a non-player I can see how it would seem average (although a lot of foolish viewers gave it needless, jaded hate) and from what I've read, it's trying to be faithful to the game which will resonate with players more than most other viewers.

I'm hoping it's going to be like Katalina's take-off: a promising start that ended up proceeding in a rough manner - even losing a part in the process - all before finally taking off and flying sky-high.
