Black Swordsman Guts is MUCH stronger than the Guts that defeated Griffith in one strike, Serpico would beat him easily.

Without his power up wind sword, I don't think so. Guts could win against a hundred men, and had experience against people who fight like Serpico too (Griffith and Casca). I don't think that Serpico would win against pre-eclipse Griffith either.
Serpico seemed to have some chance against guts because he only tried attacking when the environment favors him and Guts can't swing his sword properly.
Why is Serpico such a good swordsman anyways? He never actually had to fight in a battlefield, and was just a housemaid for Farnese.

Except we've seen Serpico dodge the strike of a much quicker and stronger version of Guts while also cutting him in the face. We've seen Serpico think and improvise on the fly in ways we've never seen Griffith do. We've seen Serpico react to a near point blank explosive, surpassimg any reaction time feat Griffith had. Even during the Kushan invasion of Vritannis, Guts holds a great deal of respect for Serpico as a swordsman. Serpico would wipe the floor with pre-eclipse Griffith.

Griffith on the other hand has only ever beaten a wounded Guts easily, and that was before Guts' surpassed him after three years of war.
