I don't think I'll watch it even if it gets adapted. It's typically the kind of stuff you stop being interested in as soon as the protags reach their objective. There's not enough rewatch value for me as of now. Moreover there's the hurdle of what happens after they get out. This is gonna be a huge challenge for the mangaka to keep things interesting. I'm rather optimistic though.
