Is Kemono Friends worth watching after it's aired?

I get the feeling it was the sort of show that you had to be in the threads to really enjoy. Especially marathoning it, I feel I'll miss all the content that was created from the show.

I can put up with crappy cgi for something enjoyable, lord knows I've done it enough times with other, terrible cgi shows. But without the weekely threads, interaction, speculation, etc I feel like it's not going to be nearly as enjoyable.

There's no blanket answer for this question. It really depends on how you personally enjoy anime. I find that Kemono Friends can be enjoyed alone as a fun, relaxing "escape"-like type of show, like Aria or Non Non Biyori. That's why people like >>155547413 will tell you to turn off your brain and just enjoy the show because a good amount of Anons did just that. But if you're the type who likes to theorize and speculate you might be shit out of luck trying to watch after the show has ended.

In the end, all I can say is just try it and see if you like it. The threads are still going strong so you might be able to post some commentary and if you manage to finish you still might be able to speculate with the deep thinking Friends who still might be hanging around.
