I know Raiku was going from a monthly back to a weekly schedule, but why is Vector Ball's art so bad? Gash looked great and that was weekly while he was a lot less experienced.

Cant read it because they skipped chapter 10

I hope Volume scans come out so we can read Raiku'a author notes. Especially the last volume. I hope he makes something new soon. ;_;
