The 'good reasons' for waking Santana were absolutely non-existent. The Germans weren't able to do anything against them - all Stroheim's actions did was nearly unleash a pillar-man earlier, as well as potentially enraging him.

Jotaro would be a great protagonist in any part. In fact instead of having Josuke Part 4 would have been better if it was just Jotaro. Also in a way Araki switching protagonists sucks because it would be neat if we actually saw Stands being developed. Araki nerfs his old characters so we never actually saw Stands being developed much. It's a shame because there were many ways to develop star platinum but we only got a nerfed time stop.

His Dev Potential starts at A, but after rediscovering Heavy Weather it's probably go down a couple ratings.
It's better to have a stand that starts at A, and get it down to an E over time, than have a stand that starts at E. An E in dev potential means that you're way better with your stand, it's by no means a nerf desu

At best it usually offers flawed and incomplete information (like the tons of useless photos of DIO and his hideout that Joseph made before getting ones that could actually be helpful) and at worst it just gives you something completely different.
