Logias had their time in the spotlight, where people were getting carried by their invulnerability. Nami and Pudding looking almost exactly the same in chapter 859. I know that Oda draw females looking really similar with each other in the past, but how do you make something like this and not notice it? She is supposed to be the bride and I’m sure Oda put an extra effort to make her look gorgeous.
A big mystery indeed is that why the resemblance of these two character is so strong during the whole arc. It might be just pure imagination but the closer the wedding has come the more it feels that Oda has made them remind each other from outlooks (hairs clothes etc).

Like always, Oda puts lots of effort on details and they rarely are just some “randomness hanging around”. Most of these details have played a bigger role in the later part of the stories so it’s highly possible that what you brought up here has a meaning (in later chapters maybe) as well mate !

Here's a few things I'm thinking.

-Oda could be Oda, and have Pudding actually kiss Sanji instead of going through all the trouble (making them married). This'll shock Big Mom and literally everyone else(At the tea party and readers).

-Luffy is going to bust into the party already Gear 4th.

-Carrot, Chopper, and many other serve literally no purpose. Mirror world support team for the entire arc.

-This is still going to go horribly wrong and Big Mom is going to solo every one. We're going to see it. A yonkou getting an opportunity to go all out on a bunch of younkou fodder. It's going to scare the crap out of us. She's not going down this arc, anyone who thinks so is crazy. It's going to be the Tea Party from hell. This is the new world and people think Oda is just playing games...but you still have people in straight up denial over Monet and Vergo's deaths. And he also slaughtered a bunch of animals right in front of us via Jack (which was present time).

Big Mom is going to kill people. This is the tea party from hell. If Oda didn't do a good job scaring the crap out of you with her first appearance (the song...), it's because the tea party will make you go back and have nightmares (be haunted by that dam song).

I'm pretty sure Zoro's face hearing about Jack's attack on the minks was him realizing that Jack and Kaidou could come for the strawhats at any moment all the same. Given that they blew up the factories, and he was right, with Kaidou declaring Law and Luffy are going to get it. It's kind of funny when you notice that since the timeskip Zoro didn't receive a single wound that would amount to more than a scratch, but in the same amount of chapters in pre-skip he got fucked by Buggy (and himself), Mihawk (scarred for life), himself again on Little Garden (scarred for life), Mr. 1, and to some degree by Bellamy's crew. How many true douchebags have been redeemed? Bellamy is the only one that comes to mind, and haven't still been redeemed. Crocodile helped Luffy, but he remained a douchebag afterwards. The plan's going to go wrong but what will happen after? Bege said it himself that they're so outmatched it's ridiculous. The plan is so absurdly specific with what needs to be done in an extremely short span of time and it hinges on Luffy doing something other than beating someone, and this is all assuming that Big Mom would go down from this weapon.

The other guests could be key if some could side with Luffy and company. If Big Mom goes ballistic and attacks friend and foe that could actually end up evening the odds oddly enough. Too many unknowns.

Also, something about the weapon specifically being poison related and Reiju being able to absorb poison gives a vibe of that potentially being involved for some reason.

You should read everything. I enjoyed a lot the previous arcs, it was better than reading it almost every week.

Well, right now One Piece is getting at its best again, but it cycles between weaker and stronger chapters. The weaker chapters ussually make the set up for the better ones, so it's worthwhile on the long run, but it's nicer when you have the entire arc and you can get at the climax and the payoff instead of having to wait weeks and months to get there.
