The OCG banlist is significant because they're trying to pre-ban/errata shit that they know will be broken in the post-Link format, and Zoo, literally the only deck that's been played in both TCG and OCG metas for months is getting hit extremely hard. Now for the naming convention: either razor or abyss must be replaced, so one needs to be replaced with a synonym of some sorts.
For razor, let me recommend something like rend: render, rending, etc
Or maybe lacerating

I can't think of anything more intense than abyss... Chasm? Fissure? Depths? I'm not sure.

If I may make a suggestion for the color scheme, I believe a deep cobalt blue with black and white accents would help to sell the nautical sense of it. I also like what you did with the thrusters, but have you considered making them almost barnacle shaped as well? Two more design suggestions I have is to have the head have winged edges like a manta with a classic rounded shark snout, and finally those vertical lines running down it's body like those of a whale. I believe the whole thing would make it look more leviathan like

This card is complete trash.
At least make it level 8 or 6 so you can Advanced Ritual Art or tribute a Hieratic for it.
The only targeting effects worth anything are Drident who is going to be banned, Castel who is still pretty good and maybe 101.

The ritual spell needs be really, really good and non-generic so you can search it with pre-prep.

The cost on the effect itself is too steep, if you consider that the Ritual Spell, to actually be useful, needs some sort of grave effect. And usually you'd want to be using that instead of making something target and kill/spin/bounce/banish the card you just went at least -2 for.

This card is complete trash and there is no reason for anyone to play it.
All the other Dragons are somewhat good.

To fix it, you'd need to make it completely generic so it matches the theme of the dimensional dragons, i.e. "this card can also be ritual summoned with any ritual spell", give it a non-awkward level to use for ritual summoning and give it an effect that isn't garbage.
