There is ONE episode set in Christmas, that is the recent one where Haibara puts the mascara and looks like Mary, which is also a chapter from the manga.
Ther have been a couple of christmas specials but they are never set in christmas

The yearly one is the New Year and even then there is only one actually set during the new year which is the one featuring the Detective Boys stalking Kogoro for money.

What exactly is the Black Org's endgame? They started something around 50 years ago and so far it has something to do with manipulating human age. However they also employ some staff in the IT department. What does that have to do with human body? Then there's Vermouth whom doesn't age at all even before aptx was invented. Also how would the final battle be like? Charging them all with RICO? The one thing you can depend in Conan is that it works on logical rules so there are no magic or power level involved in this. I don't even think Black Org is that bad considering they don't even actually control the world and just work for solely one person's wish.
