I only see people shitting on Fairy Tail (and rightfully), but you can't deny there are good aspects to the series that make people like it.

Sure the animation and "plot" are mostly trash, but the character designs are good, the girls especially are all great. The music is excellent. The world building itself with the guilds and stuff is interesting, if not very original.
