It's good, but unless an OP is amazing I'm not able to say that it's the best. And this season has a few good-but-not-amazing OPs: this, Maid Dragon and DB Super.

The first few seconds of the OP are really catchy

I like the Youjo Senki and Chaos;Child OP's. Akiba'S'Trip's is pretty good as well.
