I'm more disappointed by the story aspects of the episode, though the attack spam at the end was pretty lame. There was no real build-up to the duel and nothing really makes sense when you consider the fact that last we saw Dennis he literally attempted to commit suicide and the last time Yuuya saw him he was an evil Academia member.

Just mentioning Yuushou's name makes Yuuya realize that Dennis is now good and even Dennis himself has magically joined the "Let's heal Heartland's wounds." brigade. I know I shouldn't expect anything, but I still sorta expected Dennis to get some character development or something. (The only real bit in the episode was him accepting Yuuya's idea of teaching ENTAME to the Xyz kids.) And the whole episode just felt EXTREMELY rushed.

Unless your opponent plays pure paleozoics, they can make the card live almost always.
And you almost never empty your hand in Dark World.
And it's searchable by Snoww, so it does not hurt consistency.
You can easily tech in this card in place of one of the virus cards Dark World players usually run

I'm a Dennisfag so this might sound obvious, but I would've preffered this episode to be more about Dennis instead of making that random man with PTSD realize that duels are for EGAO, not carding. We already got that back in the Xyz arc, so it feels stupid and repetitive to do the whole song and dance again with a slightly different setting.

I don't know, make the duel a few turns shorter to make more room for story (now it's just literally "Yuuya runs into Xyz, duels Dennis, runs to off Fusion") and character development. Have Dennis mention that he carded himself. Have him tell Yuuya that he did have fun with the Lancers. Anything, really.

Ultimately I would've just preferred for Dennis to become an entertainer for Academia (Yuuya does introduce him as the "greatest entertainer Duelist of the Fusion Dimension") since that was a big enough part of his character for him to attempt suicide.

They set all their backrow so that their opponent is forced to choose a monster for discard. You run a low monster count so they don't clog since most Dark World monsters are useless without discard fodder. Dark Worlds even run Skill Drain so this card is redundant.

I didn't like that either, but then again I don't like this husk of character pretending to be Yuya.

Having to put up with this after Yuya vs Jack II for a whole year in the hopes that things would get better only frustrate me in the long run once we got our so called payoff. Dennis got assassinated and removed from the story for 30-35 eps for this ending and that sucks big time. Yet at the same time I think he got off better than anyone else.

Every time I look at Yuya now, all I see is what ifs and the destruction of a potentially great character. We're NOT even getting Yusho vs Yuya, the only means of ending his arc and FINALLY getting away from his gary stu dad.
