Tsukasa and Kagami were in a gymnasium during P.E. I think that volleyball was being played. Tsukasa was uncharacteristically althletic, which I thought was funny.

I just rewatched the video trying to look for the joke, but now i'm just more confused. Is it the part about the head? The seashell? The caterpillar? The chocolate spilling out? The girl coming up and telling her how to eat it? There wasn't a single "joke" in this entire video.

The thing about Lucky Star in my opinion, is that the people who wrote it are just insanely clever and without any of us noticing it they are parodying everything and everyone in the anime industry.
As a previous anon stated - not the first episodes, but after that director got fired I honestly believe they were like "Alright, we got plenty of budget and an anime about school girls, let's just make them laugh about every trope in existence, themselves included."
Once you realize this fact you also realize how little fucks they gave when writing their jokes, especially with the Lucky Channel segments.

I don't think there is a joke. Lucky Star essentially codified the slice-of-life genre. It doesn't have to be funny, dramatic, scary, or inspirational; it's just a show about life.
