First Aikatsu set is in the Skytree Mall, near the Pokemon Center and escalators. I get a feeling this one is only temporary though.
That Prism Stone is in Harajuku (2 stations from Shinjuku). You'll want to look it up on Google Maps, it's a bit off from the main roads.
That Aikatsu Style store is in the basement mall of Tokyo Station. It'll be in the same area as all the other character goods stores such as the Jump store.
There's not a whole lot to buy if you're hoping to go unless you want toys specifically targeted at children.

Ako-chan, you earned my deepest respect today. I'll be rooting for you in the S4 Selection.But that choice, man. It just goes to show that sometimes you really can't win it all. And it was exactly at the point Tsubasa fully acknowledged her as a rival, too. When those kids asked her to say that line about her dream over and over at the end it really hit me. Right there in the kokoro. Their names are Satou and Sudou, in case you were wondering.
But most importantly they showed that sidles are also getting Grade-up Glitter. I was worried it would be limited to just our group, but this way it makes more sense overall.

This episode was fulfilling, if I had to choose a word. Certainly the Mahiru and Laura pair's biggest previous interaction was in the movie, and this brought it all together. But it was also important in setting their relationship with regards to each other.
Though Mahiru is the one who invites her into her room, Laura is the first to seek advice on what to do about the S4 Selection. Maybe because of her upbringing she's used to being less reliant on others, or at the very least is never seen giving guidance to anyone else. Mahiru suggests they have a concert together and appears more mature and reliable, but soon after goes to Yozora-oneechan for help. I find this two-sidedness to her personality that comes from being the little sister interesting.
Tamagorou has an interesting line, "Despite how they may seem, they do have their similarities." No, this is not saying they're clones or whatever. He means that as I described before, their individualities are what stands out more than what they share.
Ako continues showing her brilliant self-confidence and pride. She may come off as goofy, but I respect her unflinching honesty to do everything she wants to. But try as she might to focus on herself, Yume drags her back to help out with Laura and Mahiru's show. I'm liking everything that involves her and Yume that began after Yuzukoshou; their dynamic almost forces Ako into the tsukkomi role when Yume ignores her. Plus their snowball fight and Snowharu were great. I think all of this shows Ako's radiant kindness, in contrast to Mahiru's soft acceptance. Everyone in Aikatsu may be nice, but they're nice in different ways.
Poor Ako being the only one left out of the new Glitter. I'm sure she'll get it, but the others should've waited before making their dresses.

The episode as a whole was very weak both as individual character growth and relationship development between Mahiru and Rola. It was definitely another step after the movie, but the movie was clearly more about Yume&Rola. Because of Mahiru's weak character and how the focus has clearly moved away from the Rola, synergy is just not gonna happen that easily.
It's fine if you perceived it that way, but I think it's safe to say they were leftovers that weren't significant enough hog the spotlight individually and had to be grouped together to share it.

No, I don't think you can say they were just "leftovers", unless you also classify the Yume and Ako pair that way. It's clear from that episode that Mahiru and Laura have grown to have similarities, but their personalities are completely different. On one side are the Yume's, who want to reach the same level as some goal (Hime). On the other are the Mahiru/Laura's, who want to beat someone (Yozora/Yume). The method is the same, but the intention is different.
In any case, their unique characters are just so clear to me that I can't see how someone would think otherwise. Episode 45 aired today. We should be looking at how each girl has developed and changed over every single episode when talking about them, not forget about everything except the most recent week. I think that's the major cause of the disagreements.

I'll add to what you've said for each of the characters.
Yume is the standard, she admired S4 and Hime and wanted to be like her, and the endpoint of that is to also join S4. At times she's expanded upon that with the usual talk of making people smile, but her central conflict was with her rainbow power. That's been taken care of for now, but it seems it'll come back next season in some form. As of right now, she still has an advanced aura that's rainbow-like, but not a total takeover.
For Rola, you need to consider her backstory as well. The Sakuraba family is a long line of traditional musicians and performers, and she's the one breaking the mold. She first called Yume her rival and put them at odds, and also from the very start has aimed straight for S4. Her conflict was in overcoming the win or lose mentality and not basing her existence on beating Yume. She still wants to, but it's no longer the crux of her character. Rivals are about pushing each other higher, not being enemies.
Mahiru joined Four Star to get back at and beat Yozora, but she doesn't take a negative view of her anymore. Although she's still focusing on modeling, she wants to be unique, although what form that takes is still up in the air (new brand? something else?). But that doesn't make her weak, just still in development. Her start line will be when she gets into S4, but takes it a different direction.
Ako specifically stated her goal is to be the world's greatest actress, and S4 is just a method to do that. She looks up to Tsubasa as a sort of mentor, but doesn't involve herself in competition as much. Subaru is more like a side goal than anything really driving her.
The whole season is very interestingly set up, since each class has a winner and also runners up in the form of admins. If any first year makes it to S4, there'd better be a damn good reason why.

Which was literally episode 2. Koharu from the start has always been everyone's ally. She was never defined solely by "Yume's friend", which so often happens.
