Huh. Turns out that both of the Play Future Nendos from this WonFes (Lum Invader and Rodukou Rinne) ARE legit. Quoting a comment from Lum's MFC page:

If you really want to make a figure like that still, you can use a program such as PTC Creo or 3D-Coat, create the figure on that, and export the model as an STL file.

You would then send that STL file to a company or person that 3D prints for money, but keep in mind that it's quite costly and you'll still need to paint it (or have someone do that for you too).

Also, the larger the scale, the better the output will look.
