Depends on how far you buy into the idea that WW3 was written to be an ending to the series before Kamachi got the go-ahead for NT. I personally think there's at least some truth to it, and so think there's probably a decent chance that Accelerator and probably Touma will die. It's been a long time since OT22 though, so even if that was Kamachi's idea for the ending it's probably changed some over the years.
