Since White Fox is obligated to make one, and only one masterpiece per year, what will be their masterpiece for 2017?
Steins;Gate 0.

Zero kara Hajimeru MahÅ no Sho is airing this spring. I for once am hyped.

Between their likely 2017 releases S;G 0, Peace Maker, and Zero kara Hajimeru, I think that is actually the least likely to be the best one.
I really want GochiUsa season 3...

Sasuga Howaito Fox

Tiger is going to be the man of this spring.
Utawarerumono S3 to coincide with the English release of game #2 and #3
Four of those aren't anywhere near masterpieces. You need to be more subtle with these kinds of things.

Given that White Fox tends to do a better job with obscure less popular IPs than big IPs like Akame Ga Kill, I'd argue it's the opposite. They'll probably have more creative freedom with the LN adaptation than Peace Maker and S;G 0.

I think it's funny when people just throw out unspecified opinions like these like it's supposed to be obvious which ones they think are masterpieces.
Katanagatari - Masterpiece in any medium
Steins;Gate and Re:Zero - Masterpieces by anime standards
GochiUsa, Devil is a part-timer, Jormungand - Good shows but not masterpieces
