Since he seems to be keeping himself out of the rest of the action going on right now I'm half-expecting him to give Yasuho one of those dramatic motive speeches when she regains consciousness. I mean Yasuho is not a fighter at all, she's a detective type who's done more to help Gappy than anyone else. She had her shenanigans with Tsurugi but that's it.
She's kind of like Koichi in that she's a central part in getting us into the story and being helpful at first but then go into sidelines as other, more interesting and varied characters start to show up.
Still, I wouldn't rule her out completely. Lucy wasn't a fighter either and she was a central part of SBR and had her moments

Look, I love Berserk and most of its characters, it fulfilled my every expectation and then some more. But if there is one thing that really let me down other than the current state of the series and the hiatuses, it was Casca.
And it's not like I don't think Casca is well written, of course not. She is complex, and important to who Guts is. She's miles ahead of Lisa Lisa in that aspect.
But Casca is just as shitty of an example of a "strong female character". She gets little to no victories of her own, she gets very little done, the scenes she's in are seldom about her. She beats Adon, a joke villain, and that's it. Everything else its either her not getting involved or suffering an attempted rape so Guts can save her.
We are told constantly by all the characters that she is a great leader, that she's a great fighter, and yet in her very introduction she almost gets killed by Guts and needs Griffith to step in. Even her single badass moment, leading the Hawks after being wounded by arrows, is completely offscreen and sidelined.
Everything she does, everything she wants, her entire character exists to orbit around Guts and/or Griffith. Again, she's not a poorly written character, but she was just extremely disappointing.
And I don't think Berserk has bad female characters. I like Schierke, I came to somewhat appreciate Farnese, I even liked Charlotte. But I found Casca to be a complete disappointment.

Really there's potential in there. We've seen Paisley Park is able to slink over surfaces as a shadow and break people's legs and it's also able to punch rush.

When I say that she's not a fighter I don't mean that as in "she can't fight", it's just that compared to characters like Josuke or even Joshuu she's not really a fighting type. Paisley Park is not very strong, it was easily stopped by I Am A Rock's user. And Yasuho is not the type of character who's likely to fight anyone (that's perfectly fine).

I expect Yasuho to have Paisley Park do some action in the future, but it looks like she's mostly going to do the detective work while someone like Gappy does the fighting.
I don't mind desu, I like the way Araki incorporates Yasuho into fights so far. Gappy and Yasuho form a nice battle couple. She does the research, points directions and solves the mystery. He follows and cracks heads with those directions.

It's the first time in the series where we have an actual romantic couple working in tandem to take down enemies and I really like it.

I think part 4 is probably the best choice for a LA movie.
You'll never be able to get the funky anatomy of Parts 1 and 2 very well live action.
Part 3 has far to many scenery changes would have to be really rushed.
Part 5 and 6 would have terrible CGI for a cash in movie. The Death Note live action drama comes to mind with the cgi Ryuk.
7 would work, but I don't know how well it would do with the Nips.

Part 4 is more grounded (lmao) than the rest and you can get away with having it more with the character interactions than constant fights. So I guess it works.
