Depends on the age of the student. I live in a city called Bath in the UK which only have a population of approximately 88k but the two universities contribute about 30-40k of that, so a moderate estimate would be that 1/3 of the population of the city are university students. The result of which is a cities whose industry is largely geared towards the 20-30 year old demographic (a lot of food delivery, bars, clubs, media stores, clothes stores, etc). And of course universities are an industry in their own right so that's a large means of income for the city.

I think Season 3 would be best handled with 3 cour. But barring that, They could do a season 3 by leaving out Brexit/Volume 19/WW3 and pad out the season with side LNs instead, like SS2. That was we would get some nice SoL, introductions to characters like Gunha (which would be a nice tie in for an eventual Railgun 3 when Gunha shows up), and it would give them plenty of room for fully adapting key arcs like battle royal and double jesus.

Season 4 could cover Brexit to the end of OT, and it would be reasonably well paced.

Speaking of autism, I've been doing some more Thelema-related wiki diving and I'm feeling pretty confident that Nuit is the entire Misaka network (including Mikoto) rather than just Mikoto on her own and that Hadit is probably the Will of the network. I'm struggling to find a parallel for Horus though, it's possible that Horus the Child is Last Order and Horus on the Horizon is Accelerator, but that's more a guess than anything.

On the Touma front, Choronzon makes the most sense for some aspect of Imagine Breaker, due to the fact that Thelemites believed that they should confront Choronzon to destroy their ego and reach true divinity (i.e. Accelerator confronted Touma twice and had his illusions destroyed, then literally became an angel). Whether Choronzon=IT/Dragons or not I'm not sure, since that would imply that it acts through IB, but Choronzon dispelling supernatural powers that are based on ego (Personal Reality, Idol Theory) fits to a certain extent. Maybe IT/Dragons is just the Abyss unleashed and IB is Choronzon guarding the Abyss?
