Shitty blog nobody cares about: The boiler itself wasn't a big issue, I just decided to fix another problem while it was broken. When I had my oil put in many years ago the plumber had the back boiler of my fireplace removed for whatever reason which means lighting the fire resulted in only warming up that room and nothing else. With my boiler giving up on life I decided to get the back boiler on my fireplace put back in so it actually heats up my entire house and not just my living room and it was... more work than I was anticipating.
