Most just go MUH SHIT CGI and some might say it was because the source is not japanese. The CG animation wasnt that bad but the usual clash of the colours between the background and the CG model and of course the ugly CG hair were also there.

Why watch CG tv anime that looks bad when you can watch drawn tv anime or CG movies?
