Because not only is this a terrible translation, but it isn't even a difficult page to TL. You might have to consider the possibility that your translator is simply not good enough at Japanese.

1. Inability to understand the title in context
2. "got kinda weird" -> "got" out of nowhere when original has no corresponding verb
3. "Oh yeah" misrepresents the flow, since panels 2 and 3 are explaining the origins of the feeling she expresses in panel 1.
4. "and stuff" for 「だし」
5. "could he really be heatstroke?"

People are focusing on the title because the correct translation comes out so different, but that's perhaps the most understandable mistake of these for a rushed TL. The mistranslated version is a valid interpretation of the title, just in a different context. The other mistakes indicate some basic deficiencies in both Japanese and English.
