Eh, Umaru's an otaku who can hide her power level and become a perfect girl, in a show where every main girl is a little sister to a big brother trying to behave like normal little girls instead of weirdos.

Gabriel Dropout's about a bunch of normal foreigner girls who don't grok normal society who just happen to be from Heaven or Hell, but that's some kind of detail that's not really that important.
