I don't know, YoI got pretty big, it leaked beyond the fujo circles. I'm sure normalfags in Japan are at least aware of the name of the studio now, kinda like how KyoAni was after Haruhi. Even now when they promote their shows or movies on TV, presenters go "Oh, the studio that made "K-On/Haruhi".
