Luffy had promises but he turned out to have a boring quirk and since the author can't comes up with good fights he ellipsed most of his fight with class A so all you get to see is him jumping behind people and somehow defeating 20 of them.

It was a bit over the top to have TinTin defeat like 10 people in 5 seconds but I still like him. Shame he's probably not going to live very long. The other two aren't bad but not really memorable either. Maybe after they get some more development.

Obviously there's going to be some interaction with Deku since he almost got Deku's role, but after that the most likely scenario would be for Shiggy to kill him to establish himself as a legitimate successor to AfO. However, All Might is already pretty much set up to be killed by Shiggy, which would make this a bit repetitive. The problem is that All Might no longer possesses any combat strength so Shiggy killing him alone wouldn't be very impressive. So maybe Shiggy wrecks Tintin and All Might sacrifices himself to save him?

In any event All Might IS holding back because he can't cause damage to Bakugou, Deku, et al. I'll dig up the page specifically, but they weren't why Bakugou was rescued.

All Might didn't know they were there, he was fighting to try to save Bakugou. And how come they weren't the reason Bakugou was rescued? It was even pointed in the story that All Might only could REALLY start fighting against All for One because they rescued Bakugou
