The comedy was great but the srs bsns was awful and they loved focusing on the latter far too much.

I tried watching it, but the sheer concept of a fucking labyrinth in a prison, and the absurdity of the cat and mice chase was too much for me.
The guy who designed the characters thought that interesting ones are made with "colorful" and "vibrant" and "unique" features like hair color or a quirk. Obviously this is all bullshit, what makes a character interesting is his personality, and how it interacts with other heroes, of which there is none here.
Adding bad jokes, poor timing and really tried cliches I'd give this show 3/10. It cant even be said that its trying to be ironic about the existing tropes withing the anime industry, this anime is just like a 20 minute meme compliation, but instead of memes you get boring anime cliches, which you've seen 1000 times already.
Just a bad show overall, would not recommend.
