Is there literally any criteria at all to becoming a servant? It seems like Nasu writes rules and creates guidelines just to push them to the point of breaking later on. Singularities crumble and everything in them disappear. Singularity was crumbling. And Lev explained that as soon as Olga returned to Chaldea, she'll die. Because she is dead. What gave her a corporeal form was the Singularity. In Chaldea, her body is smear under a pillar.

He just returned her in a dramatic way, but she would have died anyway. This was done to establish he's super evil and not the kind man he used to be in the past. By the way, Lev is really a good person, but his human personality is now dominated by the demon; in other timelines he's glad to die before he turns into full demon or kills himself when he becomes aware of what's happening. The human Lev wished to protect humans and history while the Demon Flauros is a tool to destroy what he cherished. Olga's not the only tragic character there, and she died never knowing Lev would have rather died than hurting her. Typical Nasu fashion.

Sakura is noted as a devilish woman with a strong maternal instinct, something that isn't Mashu at all. Hell, it's something who isn't seen even her "prototype", Fujino. The fatalism may be there, but Sakura is more teasing with Shirou because of that familiarity of being family.

Sakura does have ambitions of her own as well, she goes out on her own and finds her own mentor in magecraft, a guy who trains cyborg priests.

Do you know how hardcore Sakura would get if she ended up being Shirou's servant, it's not even funny. She is senpaisexual so hard that Diarmuid's Love Spot doesn't even make her twinge and it got Rin, Medusa, Medea, and even Iri to the point she chastised him about using that on a married woman.

The one scene I enjoyed most in HF was where Shirou and Sakura talked about what they would do if they met each other earlier. And then she says she wanted to crack bully skulls with Shirou and he says he wanted to train her.

So yeah, the concept was something Nasu likely wanted to do, a kouhai as your partner, but Sakura is just fine as is, Nasu just needs to follow up with a bitchin' epilogue to the movie for HF True and we'd have perfection. The problem with Nasu is that he doesn't promote Sakura as much as the other two heroines despite so many good things to work with. Which makes my next point even more ironic.

After all, Sakura is top ten of all TM characters right now. Despite the lack of exposure and huge number of characters.
