Kazuma is the best MC we got in years.
The girls aren't just waifu bait, they also have tons of character and the interactions make it amusing.

Anyone who says Konosuba isn't a harem is a retard, but if every harem was like Konosuba noone would hate them.

They literally got extremely close to fucking with Darkness during her arc, no trolly shenanigans just pure lust but he backed out like a true harem MC. It's pretty obvious there's something with Eris but I can't remember specifics. There's a loli that call him 'onii-sama'. And Megumin officially confessed to him in Volume 9. That said, it's all rather well done and it doesn't feel like a harem, but it is.
