Hm, let's see. The feeling of paranoia would be sure to keep you ready to react quickly whenever something occurs. Maybe we can add a bit of fantasy too, and make it so some of the delusions turn out to be visions of events that will occur - a premonition type quirk! Or, that you could control those delusions in the sense of bringing some of them to reality. I think it could prove to be very useful either way.
I can not only trap everyone in an illusion I can also make the illusion real. This is literally just reality warping but with illusion as a bonus. I can just send my enemies into another world by trapping them in that illusion and making it real.
