I definitely think BBC is emotionally manipulating Deluge somewhat, and the hazy memories along with the last chapter of Jokers point to her being Lapis III possibly and she's working for Lapis I. As background information for the drama CD, LaPucelle's seiyuu, Sakura Ayane and Snow White's seiyuu, Toyama Nao are really close.

Nao is frequently enamored by how cool Ayane is, and on the Magical Raising radio, when Nao mentioned that Ayane is so cool like in the Magical Raising photoshoot they had together, that she forgets sometimes that Ayane is a girl and laments that Ayane isn't a boy, saying she would have married her by now if that were the case.
Nu/Ripple's seiyuu then says Ayane frequently said in the past out loud the exact same thing about forgetting she's a girl sometimes, so Nao isn't to be blamed. Nu and Ayane spent a lot of time together in Love Lab, Show By Rock and such, even voicing two little siblings in the latest Show By Rock seasons together.

Ayane known as the yuri angel by fans in Japan around the time of her debut many years ago, and even then she had her eyes on Nao.
