I think the main problem is that it's out of perspective and you can't imagine shapes in space really well. Due to that the proportions look and are wrong, Araragi looks like drawn over kissshot, not like he's sitting on her. It's lacking some dynamic gesture. How her hair falls down doesn't make sense. Her head is wrongly placed in relation to body. right hand is larger than the left one. The leash isn't straight when Araragi pulls it. He doesn't look like a shota, but like a miniature human and his face is bad.
Messy lines are ugly, they make all the shapes more vague, obscuring your mistakes and the anatomy only looks good when you imagine it looking good.

Messy lines are ugly. Feathered lines don't look good because they aren't smooth. But overall messiness can help by concealing mistakes. Hopefully, I've demonstrated in the related image (though I can't force myself to feather lines easily).

Maybe you've seen a style like that, but I guarantee they've fixed the hair, the eyes, etc. And it helps by distracting the viewer; if you've got a panel filled with, I don't know, crooked trees, and you've got one uglyass crooked tree all by its lonesome, it's easier to pick out the issues with the one tree.
The stuff in the OP is still better than the stuff the drawfag drew of the vampire, and that's why the second drawfag got shat on more.
I'll explain my opinion, and no, it's not just a "but you just like digital better!!".
The OP image has a detailed face that you can focus on, and it's pretty good, all things considered and with the general skill level.
The vampire drawing has awful faces. I'm not going to sugarcoat it. The faces are not only crooked, but they also look like they're grimacing.
His stuff is being shat on more because it's not only a bit worse, it's a lot worse. You say the anatomy is lacking in the 1st picture, well, alright. The thighs are long, the legs are angled wrongly so far as I can tell, and the arms seem kind of thin.
But let's go through some of the anatomical issues of the second drawing, if you so insist. As I already mentioned, the faces are extremely crooked, and you tend to focus in on a face when you look at a picture of a person. The request is for shota, so that's why the guy is so much smaller than the vampire, but he looks like a fully grown 4"0 man, not a shota. The arm that goes backwards has most of its upper arm removed, an dthe arm holding the rope is dislocated. The thighs are approx. 1.5x the size of the calves. The neck is really too thick.
Then the vampire. Her neck is stretched out, but if you actually drew over it, you would realise that her neck is almost the same size as her left upper arm, and bent at an impossible angle. The lower body is disjointed.
And finally, as I said before with lines, they're feathered, which doesn't hide the mistakes at all and rather emphasises them.

No. Its not even the worst drawing posted in this thread. I admit I may be slightly biased as I struggled and am sympathetic but some of what you're saying is total shit.
OP pic has fucked up legs, torso and the way he has his body turned looks unnatural. Its much worse than the shota's body. Worse its glaringly obvious. Its obvious from the get go there's something wrong there. I'd rather a mini-man than those legs and arms. The only thing good about the OP is the face and hair but the body is completely distracting. You're saying you don't want to sugarcoat, what the fuck are you doing there? "Seems"? "As far as you can tell?" you don't have to be an artist to tell there's something fucked there.
The focus on faces depend on what kind of picture and sometimes the composition. Look at the first vampire delivery. That has a primary focus on her face. She is close to you and handing you a BD gift. You fuck up there and most of the whole thing falls apart. The second kiss shot delivery doesn't focus on that as much. Second, only the shota is grimacing but it looks like that was meant to be intentional with the "Im gonna breed you bitch" comment. Kiss shot's face isn't perfect but its not crooked or grimacing by any stretch.
Yeah the shota's body is messed up and kiss shot's neck is weird and there does seem to be some disjointing where her lower body continues but that seems to be the only thing of substance you've pointed out. Anyway, even within the word limit. The mistakes that you've said apply to the OP picture all apply to the vampire picture, except the one about inconsistency with style.
Okay, so if I've bashed on one thing and excused other garbage or mediocrity, I'm sorry. So now I've used the points you've raised on the OP image, and I can do a redline if that helps you understand how they most definitely do apply to the vampire image, as well as how there are even more points that apply to the second image.
You don't need to be an artist to tell that there's things fucked in both images, of course. You also don't need to be one to see that the second image has more faults than the first.
The vampire's face is most certainly crooked, and I can, once again, redline that to you if you'd like to see that more clearly. Additionally, a grimace is normally associated with unpleasant, bitter things - and I'd rather think dominating the vampire would make him more pleased than that, considering that it's porn. So no, I don't think the grimace fits.
Please note that I've never said that he deserved all the bashing that he got. I simply wanted to explain my interpretation of the thing where messiness can be both hindering and concealing, and am now explaining why the 2nd image actually does have far more mistakes than the 1st image.

You most likely did improve, it's quite hard to get worse with time.
The picture you choose to draw is quite complicated with tricky perspective, two bodies on top of one another.
One single drawing in't going to show your skill level really well, especially when it's something you aren't used to draw (this is only my assumption).
Vampire's face looks pretty good, but other parts of the drawing overshadow this.
It looks like the drawing is small which can be restricting, you lose precision when drawing details. Drawing bigger should help.
It doesn't look like you constructed the bodies out of basic 3d shapes so that's one thing you can try working on. /ic/ has useful sticky and books for download. Developing your sense of shapes in space is really important for every kind of drawing.
I wouldn't want you to give up, maybe you need to find a better approach to practice. Something more thoughtful and systematic if you yourself don't see significant results after 1.5 years.
