That's not true. The velocity he gains from impact wont end until gravity kicks back in, but he will stop accelerating. Since he can stop accelerating, there is a limit to the force, and that limit is what strength Uraraka hits him with. He still has mass. And this is even neglecting friction force from the air, so in reality Uraraka would have to hit him even harder than a lot of people in this thread are suggesting to send him flying into space. If things worked otherwise and the force was unlimited from zero gravity impacts, then asteroids would be flying around faster than the speed of light in space due to the unlimited acceleration.

It's mass based, not weight based. All Uraraka's powers do is make it so she doesn't have to deal with the downward force of gravity. It doesn't increase the actual force her own body can generate by itself.

Uraraka is OP as fuck, she is a walking gun. She can cancel the gravity of any object, and if she flings it towards you, the friction will be non existant and the momentum will be fast enough to obliterate you, she can throw a pellet, or even the goddamn Eiffel Tower (although the heavier the object is, the harder it will be for her, which is an excellent side effect to her quirk, if she manages to surpass her limits, she could be one of the strongest heroes), and fuck you up real bad.
