this is wrong and you know it. He has publicly stated he is dissatsified with the quality of the animation, and he was hesitant to continue giving Toei plot outlines and his editor had to push him into making the Trunks arc.
He is quite involved in the manga now that he is going to focus on it being ahead and setting the bar and that's how they're going to "relay information" from now on.

anyone else get triggered when Toei fucking colors SSB as a teal/cyan color? In the movie and in the original Toriyama concept art you can clearly tell it's supposed to be blue. Toyotaro confirms this with his own renditions with a nice soft blue color as well.
