She never immediately acted on the smell and it's kind of subtle but in both loops where she assaulted him it was more of a problem of Ram not trusting him enough to tell Rem to stop sperging. Not that Rem automatically started trusting him, after the lap pillow you'll notice she was about to object to going to the village both times before Ram cut her off, but she trusted her sister enough to just keep distrust as distrust for the time being. With no memories Rem also wouldn't remember the Witch Cult too.

They do. Kind of. He pulled bullshit mysterious man on Garf and he flipped his shit but he rarely ever does this. Remember, his official story for knowing where the White Whale was credited to his cellphone or "meteor". That was the big one in recent memory. Other times it's not immediately obvious that he knows the future, but still really weird and suspicious. Lucky for him a lot of these moments are fragmented between characters. Like him talking about curses with Beatrice then coming back with a curse is not something Rem and Ram would know about and Beatrice isn't the type to gossip. So from the meido perspective he got cursed, Beatrice treated it, and Subaru assumed the obvious conclusion (minus accusing someone in the mansion doing it). It's also speculated a lot of characters think he's a defected Witch cultist of cultists are executed on sight and they like him too much to confirm it. Don't ask, don't tell and Subaru gets to keep his head on his shoulders.
