They just didn't perform well with the ratings, readership or author/editorial choice issues. It doesn't mean it was bad.

Stuff like Kiruko and other gems that didn't last were cut simply because they underperformed their expectations. It happens.

The main problem with this is we don't really know which things were cancelled and which just ended. Every major success in Jump ended at some point and of them only five got full color ending chapters. Does that mean they were the only ones that weren't cancelled? Bleach and Toriko weren't cancelled but they were circling the drain for years and so when they ended, everyone considered them cancelled. But there's plenty of series people don't consider cancelled that were at the bottom rankings and then ended like Neuro or Eyeshield 21.

There's also times where a series ends and then suddenly comes back. Was it cancelled the first time? Cobra was at the back of the magazine and ended after a few months but then came back and is one of their all-time best sellers? Was it cancelled? There's not enough transparency.
