Well, I used a .3 Copic Multiliner for the thinner lines, while the thicker lines were all my Copic Multiliner brushpen. From there, it was all angling on the brushpen. For the thicker lines, I used the brushpen on a flatter angle, which gives it a nicer, thicker line. The thinner thick lines are from using the brushpen's tip.

I think it'd be best to consider the user's eye area, like the field of view, before drawing. It wouldn't exactly be like something pressed against glass, that would imply she's pressing it against your eye, and that youre not human but a robot or something with cameras in it's eyes.
