I've never used it, but it seems that on ExH the script is unable to access the site's API due to ExH being on HTTPS and the API being on HTTP (mixed content security policies)
If you're using Chrome you should see a shield symbol on the URL bar, click on it and then enable unsafe scripts (yes, you'll have to do it every time you open a new window)
If you're on Firefox there's some option you need to disable in the configs, can't be arsed to google it
