I had such a blast with the first season. They nailed the characters and moments so well even though Yu having new personas out of nowhere didn't make sense in the context of the anime.
Golden was also entertaining and accidentally hilarious. It was pretty much fanfic-tier and really funny for that very same reason. Also the unironically best episodes are hand down the ones where Marie doesn't show up
