Like, in the Cell Sagas their most powerful beams obviously threatened the planet, and then in the Buu Saga even casual beams from Kid Buu would destroy the earth and even Gotenks rapid fire shit (which is normally weak as fuck and never works) worried Piccolo that he'd destroy the planet with it.

I don't know how big the population on Dragonballs earth is and how many of those people propped their hands up for Satan but we can assume it was quite a lot of them, so you should be looking at a powerlevel in the billions JUST from earth which doesn't even include all the ACTUALLY strong people. Add to that Namek where everyone has powerlevels of at least in the hundreds or even thousands (pretty low population though I think), and then hell.

No, the point of Xenoverse is that you're fixing timelines so that new universes aren't created. If you let them be, a new timeline, and therefore a new time ring, would be created. Supreme Kai of Time meshes the scrolls together after you get back from a mission and the tiny changes disappear.

When I first saw the time rings explanation, I thought it fit really well with Xenoverse, but now I'm not sure if U12 Kai is saying that the first branching time ring was or wasn't made by Trunks, since in Xenoverse, Supreme Kai of Time says that Trunks was the first person to ever change history.
