Yeah, sarcastic. Although the first arc actually has pretty good animation most of the time, the main issue was the original airing of episode 5, which was a disaster - and some far away group shots. The actual battles are decent, although nothing really stands out much.

The 2nd arc though has many episodes with really bad animation.
