But then on this summer, I found Bananya, and I think this is the anime of the year

Honestly I'm really fucking digging Digimon Tri. The recent arc was emotional as fuck and the way it takes these characters I grew up with and explores them as characters confronting difficult themes is way more than I expected from it.

It's been alright. No real surprise breakouts, though, so a bit disappointing.
