The master1200 images are preview sized. Usually very smaller and a bit pixelated compared to _p0 and so on images which are the full size.

Back in the day Toei use to give their Super Sentai shows English "international" names. This was done because they would license shows outside of Japan to be dubbed but not necessarily in English.
They also market their shows with English titles for investment reasons.

Saban Brands only owns the licensing to Smile PreCure outside of Asia, most likely in the US and Canada only, because I haven't heard of it being on Netflix elsewhere. So that means if Toei wanted they could license a Filipino dub (god forbid). I think Toei learned their lesson after the whole first Power Rangers contract and companies like Tsuburaya who licensed out their content to so many people that they lost the rights to stream their own content in certain countries/regions.
