Honorable mention to the Drifters ED too which while not top tier still has this sick part and a pretty good song too.

Takkyuu Musume's OP always gets to me because of the buildup to the chorus. So chill despite the intense ping pong battle being shown.

So can someone explain why so many people seem to dislike Electronic/Techno/Trance and all those other variations of effects based music? It sounds amazing, yet I see so many people disparage it in a way that they usually only disparage rap/hip hop. Is it just because it's not traditional instrumental music and rhythms?

Honestly to me it's just that it's rarely done in a way I consider "right" nowadays. I grew up with a lot of 90's techno, DnB and shit so that's the kind of standard I tend to hold it to.

Maybe it's just a case of "muh 90's", or maybe I just don't find the right stuff, but that's just how it feels to me personally.

Well shit, if we're talking about modern techno shit, yeah I don't like it as much. It still sounds alright, but it's like it tried to become "softer" or something. Maybe that's not quite the right way to describe it. But a lot of people seem to hate techno and it's offshoots as a genre.

I wouldn't say I hate any kind of genre by default. I'm just harder to please with a lot of them. Obviously pretty much anything can sound good, regardless of genre.

3gatsu has a great OP/ED but it is NOWHERE On the level of honey and clovers, so it'll get ignored

ED is either Tiger Mask W, Flip Flappers or Stella no Mahou. Leaning towards the first but all three are excellent.
