I don't like how much Kyoani is obeying the fans. I thought that they pounded on the yuri way too much in this first episode. It sort of has me worried for what will become of the rest of the season. I know some dumbasses will call me a Shuichifag or whatever but in the first season I liked the characters,the music and the animation. I really don't want to watch 13 episodes of yuri-pandering if I'm being honest because that last scene at the fireworks was just stupid.

It had everything that was good in the first season, condensed.
The new characters are likable, I'm looking forward to seeing more of them. The new drama is also more interesting than the old one. I can't want to see them resolve it, and let the hugging and hand holding start between the fagot and the flute girl too.
Looks like this time we're going to see oneechan more, and the rabbit girl is still relevant. I like all the new plot threads.

And of course they opened the floodgates on the shoujo-ai. We only used to have drops of it here and there. It was super cute. Kumiko teasing Reina all the way, while she keeps blushing and acting all embarrassed. You asked for this Reina, you said you'd bring the bad girl out of her. It was a pleasure to watch.
If was very cute, but I wonder how they'll handle this thread going forward. This felt like a confirmation, the final state of their relationship. Will we just get the same pandering every other episode from now on? Or can even something else happen between them?

I would have been ok with it if this episode was a movie to conclude the series, with the rest of the screentime being used to handle the flute girl drama. It just felt complete.
