Gash beats zeon via golden book, similar to how gash beats clear, except it just powers him up a la super saiayn, none of the borrowing spell stuff

Zeon and duafux never redeem themselves, they stay evil even as they are beaten

They exit faudo as in the manga, and fire off a Baou zakeruga, except since True Baou doesn't exist in the anime, it's just zagurzemu boosted baou, who eats faudo's lasers as he fires at it. Baou eats faudo.

You know back when the series ended and a bunch of gimmicks were cropping up in vidya I was trying to think how to make a fighter or action game with a fuckton of spells while still being controllable and able to do other things in the game world. I came up with screaming spells into a microphone which frees up a controller for world interaction.

Of course its completely unfeasible and would make you look like a fucking retard, but at the time I was hyped for something like it.

Then I tried playing Binary Domain a few years later

personally, I loved it. Maybe even more than Gash. There's a definite tone shift as Taouza grows up, but I feel that's intentional and serves to mark the three acts of the story. I also liked the themes, and the fights were great as always.

I really like animal land, the themes and the pacing were really good, Giller was a way better final boss too. My only problem was that i would like a better representative of the meat-eating faction (more than the crazy antimatter boy, btw him and the olf really needed a flashback) and that kurokagi never got a cool fight in the final arc.

I still dont get how Reimu and Jyu ended together.

orignally when gash decided to become king, it was to stop the demon fights forever, but now, it's more than clear that is not only impossible, IT IS NECESSARY.

its possible that the 100 participants, minus clear, were chosen because everyone, even the most evil ones, like zophis, had the potential to bring peace to the demon world, and by extention, the earth, the hardships and tests that all demons faced were to help them learn what being a king truly means.

there were demons that wouldnt try to listen and would avoid the fight, like kolulu, and others that would try to rule with an iron fist like zophis or leo, but at the end, everyone would have ended learning something (we know for a fact that zophis did fucking learned something.)

i wouldnt be surprised that clear was there actually as a final test from the gods to those who actually listened the lessons, and those who would defeat him, would the absolute rightful kings of the demon world.

at the end it was just a way to ensure that the succesor of the king of demons would be just as good and honorable as the one before him. the gods probably made the tournament with the best of intentions for both worlds...
