What are you talking about? There is no sequel to Eureka Seven.

I'm sure if one is produced, it will honor the themes of the original series and the ties it makes between the two series. Certainly the production staff wouldn't be stupid enough to systematically annihilate them instead!


Eureka Seven was an 8/10 series, losing one point for the overly long message of "dang, this crew is a bunch of assholes" at the beginning, and one for Those Fucking Kids.

Amazing. One of my favorites. Had an awesome soundtrack, good character development, decent plot. As noted by some other, the kids were pretty annoying, and also the first few episodes were hard to get through because of how much whining there was. Really snazzy concept. Kind of cheesy ending but that can be okay I guess.

I love that show with all my heart but man fuck those kids. They had a purpose but were so unnecessary for anything else. Ending would have been so much better if they hadn't snuck into the nirvash

Best thing I can say about AO is that at least Anemone and Dominic weren't dragged into it.
She probably would've been revealed to have died an agonizing death related to her unstable condition and the drugs in the meantime, while Dominic is seen in a wheelchair without any awareness of where he is just because.

I enjoyed the OST, to the point where I even listened to it while I read some manga, like Gash Bell, FMA, and Flame of Recca. Still not as bad as the original Eureka Seven OST.
