kai is definitely not better. He just has PTSD from watching all the filler moments in fights and hearing "Find out next time on...". When you cam just binge it it's not that bad.

there's no point at all for watch dbz anymore unless you lie the filler epsodes wich most of them are utter garbage exept mayb for the sayan arc fll but stll it doesn't add nothng too relevant to the main story.So if don't want fller just stic wth ai

If you're watching in English, absolutely skip to Kai asap.

If you're watching in Japanese and skipping filler, then it's up to you. DBZ has better voice acting and the soundtrack is better, but Kai is a good alternative.

I'm binging DBZ right now with filler and it's honestly pretty horrific pacing wise. It doesn't help that I just read the manga, but the filler has been straight up killing episodes.
