Why was it in Yusho's possession before he passed it on to Yuya? Who sent Yusho from Heartland to Academia when his and Edo's backs were turned? Why is it in all of this that they mention duels of Yuya vs Zarc in his mind, Yuri vs Yugo turning into Yuri and Yugo vs Edo and Kaito and Reji vs Leo but Yusho and Reira are nowhere to be mentioned?

You put way too much meta thought into it than the director and writers obviously bother thinking or caring about. On top of the fact that thinking they can react in any timely fashion to fan reaction in the actual show is retarded, since episodes are written way in advance.

He is, hence why 130's summary says Edo and Kaito try to save Yuya and prevent, Yugo and Yuri from being absorbed by the darkness AKA Zarc.

Like I said before, he's the darkness, so he technically did 'occur' long ago.

I guess him appearing and dueling Yuya is because he has the most concentration of ZARC's essence in him, I mean the episode where Yuya and ZARC duel is called "Shard of the Supreme King."

So basically 92 was too soon when they hardly ever explain the real plot regarding the counterparts and just now took 126-130 to say it. Despite 5D's flaws at least Ono back then knew when was the right time to explain the plot compared to Arc-V.
